Coconut Chocs
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1/4 cup of coconut butter
1/4 cup of cocoa powder or cacao
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon (Ceylon preferably)
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Melt the coconut butter gently and stir in the cocoa powder. Remove from heat. Stir all other ingredients into the mixture. Gently use a whizz-stick, pressing down slowly onto sections of the mixture, until it reaches your desired consistency. Fill up an ice-cube tray with the mixture. Freeze for 1 hour or over-night, then pop out the cubes. These are then ready to transfer into the fridge, share with friends or store in a box in the freezer for a couple of weeks.
I personally don't sweeten these treats, but if you feel the need to I suggest either 2 tbsp maple syrup, a few drops of Stevia extract or 1 tbsp Natvia, depending on your health needs.
For alternative flavours experiment by adding one or two of these:

- 2 tbl ground flaxseeds or hemp seeds
- 2 tbl pureed raspberries
- 2 tbl pureed mint leaves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
